Shipping policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery process consists of two phases:

Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. Then the package is prepared for shipment. -
Shipping time
For New Zealand, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.
The shipment is handled by New Zealand Post.
All delivery times exclude any customs delays. During busy periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday, or New Year, deliveries may take longer.
Shipping costs
We offer free premium shipping, which includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order via the tracking page on our website. Click on “Track your order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
My tracking number doesn’t work
It can take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated.
If the tracking still doesn’t show information after a few days, please contact our customer service for assistance.
