Information on Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

You, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered simultaneously;

You, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via email: support@nalu.fashion.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this refund incur any additional costs for you.
We may withhold the refund until we have:

received the returned goods, or
-
you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods immediately and no later than 30 days from the date you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period expires.
The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, properties, and functioning.
Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to an individual choice or decision of the consumer;

for the delivery of goods that are perishable or have a limited shelf life;
-
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon in the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the value of which depends on market fluctuations;
-
for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for agreements:

for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
-
for the delivery of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
-
for the delivery of audio, video recordings, and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
